STEPHANIE & RYAN ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!!

Stephanie and Ryan got engaged while we were in Hawaii...we were all in on it and she was quite surprised! We love Ryan and are so excited to have him join our family -- can't wait until December~

FAMILY CRUISE 2010

For our Christmas this year, we decided it would be fun to take the family on a cruise. It was absolutely the best! We had our entire family and daughters-in-law, Kirk's mom and dad, and even our good friends, the Sinek's and their family. We went a few days early to hang out in Miami, visited the gator parks - awesome! Then we boarded the Liberty of the Seas - where there is ALWAYS something to do from surfing, rock climbing, sports, ice skating, movies, and of course EATING. As a mom - it made me to happy to have the entire family together (I'm hoping they felt the same way!) Stephanie and Lindsay missed their "significant others" but seemed to have fun any way. I say we do it again next year -- okay, maybe the year after!

Chris & Tina are new parents!

This is the newest addition to our family - SIR WINSTON CHURCHILL! So I guess that officially makes us grandparents!!! Chris & Tina are crazy - I kept telling them that having a puppy is like having a child - Chris says that Tina is being "trained" to be a mom. Good luck Chris & Tina!!

Chris and Tina got married in the Los Angeles temple. It was an absolutely beautiful day (well, except for the wind...) starting with the ceremony at the temple, being with family and friends to celebrate afterwards, the reception that night....then off to a Mediterranean cruise for their honeymoon. We are so happy for them and welcome Tina with open arms into our family! Looking for to many future memories with the two of you! Love you!!!!! Awwww... the blessings of eternal families... Then the fun of opening WAY too many presents!

SEAN'S 25TH BIRTHDAY - PARK CITY

We celebrated Sean's birthday while Kim and I were in Park City for Women's Conference weekend. We had a lot of fun - it was good to spend time with Sean & Christine and Stephanie & Aaron. Then we had to come home.... :(

BEAUTIFUL GIRLS!

After spending an enormous amount of time organizing the whole evening (restaurant, limo, etc.), a great time was had by Lindsay & Matt....."it was the best dance so far and it is awesome to really like who you went with!" It's hard to believe our little girl is growing up so fast. Definitely not looking forward to the college years. Being a senior next year, we'll be sure to cherish all the memories and time together!

COWGIRLS & COWBOYS, FRIENDS & FUN!

We took a little R&R time and traveled to Alisal Ranch (near Solvang) with our YPO group for a family weekend. Despite Kirk & I being stressed because we had to plan the WHOLE event... it was a blast! The kids got to run around - swim, play frisbee, arts & crafts and of course horseback riding. Jordan now wants a horse -- and has not stopped talking about the whole weekend. We had an authentic western band and line dancing instruction along with a mini-rodeo. The whole group got decked out in our western attire which was a lot of fun. But everyone knows there is not a YPO family event without a competition. We divided up into 4 groups and competed in canoe racing, archery, fishing and horseshoeing. #1 winner was OUR group (the official "B&H" group ... the Bogh's & Harns'). This was the highlight of the trip for me .... do you think I'm a little competitive????

HAPPY EASTER!

Steph found the first "GOLDEN EGG"... a family tradition of hiding money in golden eggs. It makes the older kids crazy & ruthless...Stephanie found the most this year!

Everyone participated in the Easter egg hunt.... never too old for this game!

It was very awesome to have my whole family home this weekend. It is not often enough to get everyone together. We celebrated Chris' birthday on Friday night, then went to the sealing of Mike & Jessie on Saturday morning had family pictures taken on Sat. afternoon, the reception on Sat. night, church on Easter morning and then Easter festivities in the afternoon. I was VERY sad to see everyone go home!
